Soy is characterized by a high protein content. Soy is a versatile grain and oil crop that is used for food, fodder and technical purposes. In addition to protein, soybean seeds contain a lot of fat, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, as well as biologically active components. Soybeans are mixed with oats, corn, and annual grasses to provide feed that contains two to three times more protein than conventional grass mixtures. The introduction of soy into the diet of animals is considered mandatory, because such a diet will be full of irreplaceable amino acids, minerals, and enzymes for digesting feed.
